CUSTOM CHARACTER DESIGN SKEB STYLECharacter design skeb comission and regular chibi rules. 12/2/2025Send you character reference with some ideas and examples of the type of character and outfit you'd like. You can send a moodboard or a written description.Helpful characteristics include:
- Masculine or Feminine
- Clothing Aesthetics (e.g. goth, cyber, etc.)
- Colours (e.g. any particular skin colour, main clothing colours.)
- Any particulat specific detial you want to include (e.g. freckles,, scars, tattoos, etc.)If you have not much of a preference you can put as little as you like.Examples: "dog girl, goth with mainly green coloured accents (nothing revealing)"or"fairy-like woman in a summer outfit, showing skin is fine, would like an updo"Skeb gets 1 revision at concept sketch stage.After 1st revision you must pick which one you like best that will be "approved sketch" then, the artist will finish the render and deliver the finished piece to you.The pose cannot be changed.If you already have a very clear idea of exactly what you want then you should commission a "fullbody commission" instead of a design.You get full rights to the character within my TOS. So the price includes commercial for streaming ect but, not for merchandise. Extra fee is added if you want to make a merchandise out of it.Please DO NOT FORGET TO CREDIT ME. For the design and if you want to change any major elements, please let me know before doing so.

This is a commission for people who need help designing a character.If you have references or a very long list of specifications, that's for a regular commission only.RULESSend your character reference with some ideas and examples of the type of character and outfit you'd like. You get the full rights to the character withing my TOS. (Please read it.) So the price includes commercial rights for streaming ect, but not for merchandising.I only have two rule really, please credit me and please do not make major edits to the design without contacting me the artist. I will always say yes though, but please contact me.

NOTE

Standard cut model for standard rigging parts will all be seperated you'd expect.For advance cutting it's an extra £80 this is suitable for bouncy rigging.

DO'S

  • Get her rigged (if a model)

  • Get art of her by anyone you like

  • Use her commercially

  • Keep in touch ( you don't have to but i love my children so always like supporting them)

  • Contact me with any issue you may have

  • Contact me if you want any changes to the model I'm happy to work more on her if you want outfits hairstyles expression ect for extra cost.

  • Make merchandise of her if paid for rights

DON'T

  • Change or modify her without my permission

  • Edit her art work without permission

  • Get another artist to edit her without permission

  • Commission another vtuber model artist a design I made without consulting me first

  • Claim you made her

  • Use her on merchandise for sale, please message first

Terms & Conditions

TERMS FOR ADOPTABLES

Payment plans available over maximum 6 month period of over £500 and 3 months if under. I am happy to discuss with you though if this doesn't work for you.

  • All price are Great British Pounds Sterling £ GBP

  • I don't do holds unless a 20% non refundable deposit is paid.

  • All bids are final If bidding

  • All sales are final and non refundable

  • If a vtuber model, the Model is not rigged and I can recommend good riggers.

Once you win the adoption the character is then yours to use, get art of and do what you want with commercially. As long as you credit me for the model/ design you may do what you want with her within the do's and Don't. I will send you the image when full payment is completed.If you'd like to profit from the design (make merch aside for sale keychains, daki ect) a commercial fee of 200% applies.
You can definitely use the design for anything else like streaming ect so don't worry this is only for mostly physical and patreon stuff.In regards to adoptions, holds have a maximum time of 3 months. Ownership of said adopt is null until adopt in question is fully paid off unless agreed upon by Gumii herself.You do not have rights to edit artwork made by @ItsPonPonn unless you have paid for FULL commercial rights in regards to adopt or commission.

TERMS FOR COMMISSIONS/WAITLIST

Please read all of it so no misunderstandings are formed:

  • If you're apart of @Kofi Supporter, you will get 24 hours advanced notice of all commission and adopt slots!

  • The average wait time is 4-12 weeks (12 weeks is absolute maximum, usually it takes around 3-6)

  • 2 revisions at sketch stage only

  • I will be taking VTUBER MODEL commissions 1 slot per month. I can turn these around in 4 weeks rush and 4 month standard.

  • I have slots each month for standard art which will be announced on discord or twitter

  • Prices are to be read and sent in £GBP NOT $USD

  • PayPal only

  • Prices are non-negotiable and set at what price I quote.

  • Please book your commissions in advance if you need them for a certain date and bring it up during conversation of when you need said deadline ( ex. debut, Halloween, Christmas)

  • Cannot draw mecha, heavy armour, creatures, old or furry

  • Payments in installments is fine if the price exceeds £200

  • Commercial usage incurs a 100% charge on the commission price

  • Credit me wherever you use your piece and do not claim you created the art

  • You can use the art on thumbnail and stream schedule as well as profile pictures as long as you credit, this does not fall under commercial use. Commercial use is only if you plan to profit from my art~

  • If you'd like to hold a slot or adoptable then 20% deposit is required

  • Any questions please don't hesitate to message me

  • I do adopts regularly on discord, you can be added to the “adopts ping” if you would like. These will all be posted to and available through Kofi

  • All sales will now be done through the Kofi shop

  • Do not be afraid to ask for updates but please note multiple commissions get done at once. So don't worry about your commission being forgotten because you have seen updates of others first or adopts.

  • You are not allowed to run my art through any AI related functions. Any actions caught in doing so will result in a ban.

  • Please refer to my adopts terms of use for more TOS ( SCROLL ABOVE)

  • If you decide to get a new model mama that's fine Please remember to remove me from your Bio, but still remember to credit @ItsPonPonn for the design if I made it. Unless you've changed it then do not credit me for something I didn't make :D
